State Plan on Aging
The Older Americans Act requires that each state submit a State Plan on Aging in order to be eligible for federal funding. This plan provides a blueprint for how the Office on Aging will manage Older Americans Act programs, services and other activities.
The current State Plan on Aging (very large 3.5 MB file) runs from the period of October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2008.
